Completed in 2000, the Bethel Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Croton-on-Hudson, NY, designed by Breger Terjesen Associates, is a state of the art skilled nursing facility with 200 beds set on ten acres of scenic woodlands.  The 90,000 square foot facility includes a stone chapel off the lobby, extensive therapy areas, and a 40 resident rehabilitation unit in the north wing over the lobby.  The other four resident units are wrapped around an exterior activity area and garden.  The facility also includes an adult day care center to serve the elderly communities.
