French Healthy Cuisine restaurant serving a mostly Pescatarian menu and healthy juices. Full 1 story building with mezzanine constructed out of the ground on an old parking lot.

The design was coordinated in conjunction with renowned French designer Philippe Stark in Paris, France. A full commercial kitchen was constructed in the lower level with an operating electric dumbwaiter to service the ground and mezzanine dining levels.
