Regal Heights Rehabilitation and Health Center is an eight (8) story, 120,000 SF 280-bed skilled long term care facility located in the Jackson Heights neighborhood of Queens, NY.

Each floor contains a 40-bed resident unit with an innovative open plan which minimizes corridors and provides a non-institutional home-like environment without sacrificing efficiency and control. In addition, each unit contains spaces for dining, active and passive recreation and a resident library with spectacular views of the New York skyline. The free flowing spaces provide optimum efficiency while satisfying the needs of both residents and staff providing a stimulating environment.

The first floor contains the entrance lobby with water feature, resident lounges, state of the art physical and occupational therapy areas, a resident café, medical offices, resident recreation areas and an adult day care facility for fifty neighborhood seniors. This highly successful facility maximizes the non-institutional neighborhood concept on the activity rich floor and the open resident floors.
